Heaven Sent Automotive

Heaven Sent Automotive truly lived up to their name! We were traveling during the busy 4th of July week when our AC went out, and they managed to squeeze us into their schedule despite how packed things were. From start to finish, they were honest about what needed to be done, kind in how they treated us, and incredibly efficient getting the repair finished quickly so we could get back on the road. It’s rare to find a shop that combines that level of integrity with genuine care for their customers, especially during a holiday rush. If you’re in the area and need reliable auto work, this is the place to trust. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Heaven Sent Automotive. Jody, the owner, and his team went way above and beyond what I expected. I originally brought my vehicle in thinking I just needed brakes, but Jody caught several serious issues that another shop completely missed. In addition to front and rear brakes, they identified problems with my rear suspension shocks and also a failing master cylinder. That is a big deal because if a master cylinder goes bad, it can seriously impact your ability to brake safely. The fact that another shop overlooked that was concerning, but I am grateful Jody didn’t. What really stood out is that he didn’t just fix the problems. He advocated for me. I have a bumper to bumper warranty, and Jody personally got on the phone with the warranty company and pushed to make sure everything that could be covered was covered. Because of that, a large portion of my repair bill ended up being taken care of. That kind of effort is rare. Amanda in the office was also awesome. She was super helpful, easy to talk to, and kept everything running smoothly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Another thing I appreciated is that they offer a mil

A friend highly recommended Heaven Sent so I gave em a shot. The work was done quickly at a fair price. I appreciated the no nonsense approach & not telling me my vehicle needed a ton of other work that you would typically get at a dealership or most shops. Thanks guys, I’ll be back!

“Heaven Sent” lives up to its name! My son’s old car was taken cared as their own. I’ve got a call from the owner and gave me a sound advice on what to do next with the vehicle. He didn’t even charge extra work. I can thank them enough!

After my vehicle sat for four days at the Ford dealership without as much as a tech being assigned, I got the recommendation for Heaven Sent automotive. I picked up my vehicle from the Ford place and dropped it off at Heaven Sent. In a matter of hours, they diagnosed the problem and by noon The next day they had fixed it. They were very honest and fair. Communication was fantastic. This is my new go to for auto repairs!
